Sheet Metal Engineering

Assembly production and Modular assembly. At Schwarz, sheet metal parts are being manufactured, assembled and fully packaged in growing numbers. We also take care of all required acceptance tests for you as well.

LASER
Flatbed laser with 5 KW and automatic connection to a high-bay warehouse for unmanned operation of structural steel in the range of 1,500 x 3,000 to 25 mm. Constant stocking of comprehensive quantities, and our convenient delivery service, guarantees short delivery times. All laser parts can also be deburred or have a surface applied if desired.

PRESS
CAM controlled pressing machines up to 400 tons/6 m with 2D/3D bending simulation with automatic angle measuring system via laser measurement. In addition, we can read your 2D/3D data directly into our system without any loss of time.
