Your new way to metal components and devices is through flow forming in the highest quality. Flow forming is a technique with many advantages. However, the purchase of a tool is always required and pays off from small series. The higher the required quantity, the cheaper the price, because of the one-time set-up costs. Even complex geometries are possible. When flow forming, the sheet metal disk is placed in front of the tool. With appropriate rotational movement and the contact pressure, the material starts flowing due to the point load of the pressure roller and clings to the tool. In this way, we achieve seamless shapes with great accuracy, even in high quantities, because the necessary motion sequences can be repeated precisely and infinitely due to the control technology.

Racks, beams, frames or other special designs. We have a DIN EN 1090 exc.3 Certification. No component is too small or too large for us. We manufacture up to 100 tons individual weight. State-of-the-art robot welding systems from 200 kg up to 10 tons, as well as semi-automatic systems give your products the finishing touch. Welding technology in particular is a core competence and, as part of the Schwarz group, AMP GmbH is a TIC company that can certify and test the quality. Our existing capacities are extensive and also suitable for series production.
