When Erich Schwarz founded his company in 1923, he could never have dreamed what would one day become of it, and unfortunately, did not live long enough to see it arrive. But the Schwarz family continues to preserve its heritage to this day, producing daily quality over quantity and taking pride in its origins. Just as Erich Schwarz put his roots down in Dornstetten in 1923, we are now doing the same again in 2022 by investing in a new state-of-the-art production facility.
We live the family tradition with our Schwarz workers, with everyone working within teams as part of a larger team. Our team is built on 100 years of experience, which is now being passed on to the third generation of the Schwarz family, with the fourth generation also regularly helping in various functions within the company structure.
